Delayering workflows

The insights behind many of the greatest AI applications aren't about technology, they're about workflows. Great entrepreneurs are decomposing workflows in ways that others haven't--and then designing agents to fit their authentic structures. Indeed, a deep understanding of workflows will be what takes AI out of the labs and makes it useful.

The course will help you build an intuition to take apart workflows and design agentic solutions to fit them.

You will explore:

~ Ways to decompose workflows into different layers that are often collapsed by the human mind

~ How to recognize elements of workflows that are deterministic and non-deterministic

~ How to architect agents around the structures of workflows

~ How to design agent experiences--thinking beyond chat--to suit workflows
