New product shapes
After a technology platform shift, it takes some time for the great products to emerge: for Facebook and LinkedIn to come in the social era, for Instagram, Airbnb, and Uber to come in the mobile era. That's because the products that are built initially are tied down by old ways of thinking and old product paradigms.
This course will help you build an intuition for building AI-native products. It will help you think about problem spaces from first principles and devise solutions for them that follow different paths than the solutions you may be used to. It will challenge you to rethink some of the assumptions you may have about products: that they are built mainly for people; that they are built with a UI and information architecture; that they fit into categories based on functionality; that they are built before they are used.
